You don't realize how little you know about your family until you try to start building a family tree.
After the birth of my daughter I decided to start working on a family history for her. I started with a nifty little book that my grandmother (Ethel Johnson Blosser) made for my dad. It was a great place to start and I headed off to check out what the web community knew about my family. Well, it is now over a year later and I only have definite answers on a few generations. I do have a lot of good leads, however, and will keep following them to get to the original sources. There is a lot of help out there, you just have to dig for it.
My Blossers are in Illinois, Iowa, and Ohio so far. Please let me know if you have any other information about people on my list; I'd love all the help I can get!
